Abstract:Concerned with the stability analysis of linear discrete time-delay systems. New discrete inequalities for single summation and double summation are presented to estimate summation terms in the forward difference of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), which are more general than those commonly used summation inequalities. Through the construction of an augmented LKF, improved delay-dependent stability criteria for discrete time-delay systems are established. Based on this, a time-delayed controller is derived for linear discrete time-delay systems. Finally, the advantages of the proposed criteria are revealed from the solutions of the numerical examples.

肖伸平,男,教授,博士生导师,先后担任湖南工业大学电气与信息工程学院院长、党委书记,现任电传动控制与智能装备湖南省重点实验室主任;中国自动化学会过程控制专业委员会委员,湖南省仪器仪表学会副理事长,湖南省十二五重点学科方向带头人,湖南省优秀教师,湖南省新世纪121人才工程第2层次人选。1988年6月毕业于东北大学,获学士学位;2008年12月获中南大学博士学位。

先后在德国曼海姆大学、英国Liverpool University和澳大利亚Curtin University进行学术访问和交流。

主持国家精品课程、国家精品资源共享课《单片机原理及应用》和省级校企业合作人才培养示范基地等项目8项。

主持国家级科研项目2项、省级科研项目10余项,发表科研论文80余篇,其中SCI检索20篇,EI检索30余篇。
